Out of Spec Deals Service Agreement
By purchasing our service, you agree to the following terms.
Out of Spec Deals LLC charges a flat fee per vehicle transaction. Our fee is subject to change at any time and applies to one deal. There are no hidden fees, no percentage-of-sale charges, no upsells, and no money-back guarantees. Out of Spec Deals LLC is not a motor vehicle dealer, broker, lender, or lessor. We act solely as your independent vehicle-buying consultant and advocate to assist you in purchasing or leasing a new or used vehicle.
On a best-efforts basis, we will help you:
- Find the right vehicle for your needs.
- Negotiate the best price and terms reasonably available.
- Minimize or eliminate unnecessary dealer fees and add-ons whenever possible.
- Present one or more purchase or lease options.
- Answer questions and help resolve issues throughout the process.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery if requested. All transportation and shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once you choose a vehicle and deal, you will contract directly with the selling dealer or other seller, who is solely responsible for the transaction, including pricing, financing, leasing, payment terms, documentation, title, registration, taxes, fees, warranties, and all other agreements.
You will purchase or lease the vehicle directly from the seller. Out of Spec Deals LLC never purchases, owns, sells, leases, or takes title to the vehicle. Our role is limited to consulting, negotiation assistance, guidance, and advocacy throughout the transaction.
While we make every reasonable effort to obtain the best available deal, we cannot guarantee pricing, savings, incentives, vehicle availability, financing approval, lease terms, dealer participation, delivery timing, or any specific outcome. One of the primary benefits of our service is the time, effort, stress, and uncertainty we help eliminate from the vehicle buying or leasing process.
Governing Law
This Service Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from this Agreement or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Payment of our fee constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of this Service Agreement.
